Non-refundable deposit required for every new appointment. Deducted from total cost day-of.
Cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior. Same appointment cancelled/rescheduled more than once = treated as missed appointment.
Late 15+ minutes = missed appointment. Deposit forfeited. New deposit required to rebook.
