Yes — a non-refundable deposit is required to book every new appointment. It is deducted from your total cost on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance is paid in full.

Cash and Debit. A surcharge is added for card payments — bring cash to avoid it.

Yes — VIP same-day appointments are available for an additional $100 on top of your service cost. You must contact Nyesha before booking this option.

The Ktip Consultation ($50, 30 min) is required before booking any extensions service. Your hair must be clean and blow dried. It cannot be assessed virtually if your hair is in a fro or sticking out — it must be flat and not greasy.

You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. If the same appointment is cancelled or rescheduled more than once, it is treated as a missed appointment and may result in cancellation fees or being declined future bookings.

After 15 minutes, your appointment is considered missed. Your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.

Yes — as long as it's at least 48 hours in advance and the same appointment hasn't already been rescheduled once before.

Avoid any oils or products in your hair before your appointment. Bring extensions clean, free of thread, and ready to install — or a $50 prep charge applies. Your hair must be out at appointment time.

If you recently had a sleek ponytail with wax, shampoo more than once before your appointment. Greasy hair may result in possible cancellation.

All install hair must be purchased from Colehandz. Contact Nyesha in advance to arrange this before your appointment.

Only for certain services — and it must be clean and ready to install. For the Blendin Sewin, hair must be purchased specifically from Colehandz.

No — Colehandz does not do lace fronts. Nyesha specializes in sewn-in installations, braidless sew-ins, silk presses, quick weaves, bobs, and natural hair.

No — Colehandz does not accept clients under 14 years of age.

No additional individuals should be present during your appointment.

Yes — photos are taken of all completed work.

Long or thick hair may result in a price change. Contact Nyesha before booking to confirm your rate.

The studio address is emailed to you 24 hours before your appointment. It is not publicly listed.
